Girls with acne, skin imperfections and black eyes rejoice. I have found a concealer that not only does its job but is infused with  Coconut Water and WildBerry that adds nutrients and hydration to your skin!

This little bad boy also has Raw Cacao that improves skin texture and Chia Seed to fight free radicals. What is the concealer called you ask? Its the Wildberry Blur Concealer by Raww Cosmetics of course!

Now I have a video on this Concealer as well as the Mineral Powder and the Mascara by Raww all in this video below. For those of you who feel like reading great! Continue on!

Packaging
As with true Raww Cosmetic style, this concealer has the same wooden look that I love. I was super surprised when I opened this. I was expecting a stick applicator and not a pump! I normally don’t like pumps because I feel like they pump out too much but this gives you just the right amount of product.

DSCF7620.JPG

Application
I find that this concealer applies super well. It just melts into your skin and covers EVERYTHING! The only issue is the shade. I find that despite being the lightest colour it is still too dark for me. Neither the less it does not move any of my foundation which is a massive win for me!

Smell
Being a natural superfood chared product you’d expect a smell. This concealer has a super strong smell which can be a little overpowering. It’s not a bad smell if anything its quite nice but when you are smelling it for a while it can get a bit sickly.

Shades
This concealer only comes in two shades which I find very disappointing! Compared to may other beauty brands nowadays 2 shades is quite sad.

Price
Coming in at $24.99 I think that it an amazing price for a concealer. You can get it here.

Results
Whilst the shade of this concealer was a little dark for me I think its pretty good. The smell is quite strong and lasts a while but the coverage is AMAZING! You only need a little! I hope that they bring out more shades and tone down on the smell since I think that this would be a massive hit if they did!

That’s all from me.

Raww Cosmetics Mascara

 follow-me-on-social-media

If you want to watch this review feel free. If not keep reading!

As someone who physically cannot apply fake lashes (Glue always goes EVERYWHERE), a good quality mascara is a must! Whats better then a good quality mascara is a good quality mascara that is natural AND full of superfoods!

Raww Cosmetics has us covered! There Moringa Lash Impact Mascara is full of good stuff like Chia Seeds and Argan Oil! in fact 87% of it is all natural! This mascara also helps promote lash growth! Sign me up!

Packaging
I really love Raww’s packaging. The wooden look gives it that whole natural feel. I also like how they keep it consistent across all of their products so you can easily identify them. I am a sucker for design.

DSCF7614.JPG

Application
So when I first saw the wand I have to admit I was a little disappointed. I haven’t had the best experiences with thin wands but I was wrong. This wand applies the mascara so well! It covers every lash super fast. The only issue I have with this mascara is that it drys super fast so if you want to add more, your eyelashes are hard and crunchy and the wand gets stuck so make sure you apply the amount you want first go!

Smell
What I really like about Raww Cosmetics is that fact that all of their products smell so damn good! This mascara as a super strange yet satisfying fruity smell. I recognise it but can’t quite explain it. On the Raww website, says that it smells like coconut, vanilla and lime but I am not sure. I think it smells more like mangos but that’s just me.

DSCF7615.JPG

Shades
So this mascara comes in two shades, a black and a brown. I am not really a brown mascara type of girl so I’m not in a real rush to give it a shot but the black one is AMAZING. It is the blackest mascara that I have ever used and I am super impressed!

Price
Coming in at $24.99 I think that is a killer for a good quality mascara. You can get it here.

Results
This mascara lasts all day! It doesn’t clump together and applies on both the top and bottom lashes super well. It is super black, probably the blackest mascara I have ever had and I love it! It almost gives you the effects of fake lashes! Plus with the added benefit of all the superfoods, it must be good for you!

Do you guys think you’d try this mascara? Let me know in the comments!

That’s all from me.

Zoeva Opulence Blush Palette

If you haven’t heard about Zoeva then where have you been? Do you live under a rock? Zoeva is

follow-me-on-social-media

If you haven’t heard about Zoeva then where have you been? Do you live under a rock? Zoeva is probably one of my favourite brands right now. I was actually lucky enough to be given the Opulence collection (Minus the brushes but hey I am not complaining).

I have already reviewed the opulence eyeshadow palette which you can read about here. In the opulence collection, there is the eyeshadow palette, the blush palette and the brushes which are actually pretty cute.

The blush palette contains a blush, a highlighter and a bronzer. I was a little confused as to why this is called a blush palette since its more of a face palette but we will just go with it.

Packaging
This whole collection is decorated with the beautiful floral pattern on a black background with gold accents which I think is stunning! Again the inside does not have a mirror which is very disappointing. I think I have a thing for mirrors to be totally honest with you.

What really surprised me is that this palette the shades had names YAY! I love names. Most Zoeva shades don’t have names which makes me really sad but these ones do.

img_5249

Shades
Let’s start with the true star of this palette, the blush! I love blush and this blush OH WOW. IT HAS GOLD SPECS IN IT. Sorry I got excited. The blush is called underneath the gold which I find quite fitting. It’s a beautiful deep red and uhg I’m so sad you can’t see it on the camera but it is beautiful! It is very pigmented so be careful when you apply it. The first time I applied it I looked like I was sunburnt because well I’m used to blush being not very pigmented. I think that this red would look the best on people with tanned skin tones since its so deep and pigmented but I am quite light and it looks nice on me too. I recommend playing around with how much you apply.

The Bronzer called impossible to move is admittedly not something that I really would use. Not because its bad, It is actually very good for bronzing and contouring, I just don’t use bronzer. I did try it out and it blends very nicely and has a natural glow rather than that really orange look so if you like bronzer then I say go for it!

The highlighter named do not touch, admittedly I thought was the same as the one in the Winter Strobe Spectrum Palette but it’s not. The strobe spectrum one is silver whilst this is a light gold/champagne shade. It complements the blush beautifully since the blush is so dark and has gold shimmers the two combined just makes the skin look stunning.

img_5250-1

Application
I think that using everything in this palette is the best option since they all complement each other so well (yes even the bronzer). I find that they all blend super easily and with no effort.

The blush is very pigmented so I would be careful. I like to apply the bronzer first and then the blush and then the highlighter. I find that the highlighter is quite pigmented too and has a super high shine which, when applied on top of the blush can calm the blush down if you apply too much. The bronzer isn’t very pigmented which is what you want with a bronzer. There is nothing worse than looking too orange thanks to a bronzer.

I find that all the powders are very finely milled and almost feel cream like, the same as the eyeshadow which really confuses me! I don’t understand how a powder can feel like cream its just a weird sensation.

img_5251

Price
So the overall price for this palette alone is amazing. I think its more affordable to buy a palette rather than an individual high-quality blush, highlighter and bronzer. This palette is $22.50 which is amazing! You can get it here. You can also have a look at the whole opulence collection here.

Overall
I really love this palette. I use the Blush and the Highlighter every day because it is just so convenient to have the two together. I also find that the pans are quite large and seem to be quite deep (I will let you know) which is really good since its value for money!

I highly recommend you guys try this! Let me know in the comments if you have tried any Zoeva products before!

That’s all from me.

It’s that time of the month again! My monthly must-haves! This month is all about natural beauty products! I hope you enjoy!

*Please note that this post DOES NOT contain any affiliate links im just helpful!*

Innisfree Sleeping Masks
An Innisfree just opened up in Melbourne and I was so excited! When I went in there I found these amazing little sleep mask pods which ARE ONLY $4! What makes these little pods better is that you can get 3-4 applications out of them! They have normal wash off face masks to but I have always been intrigued by sleeping masks!

You can get them here.

Raww Cosmetics Mineral Powder
Something that I have been loving (and has done a review on which you can read here) is the Raww Cosmetics from the earth loose mineral powder. Not only is it infused with so many good for your skin ingredients but it is waterproof!

You can get it here.

Lush Bath bombs
Right now in Australia, it is the middle of winter which calls for bath bombs! I am loving the lush jelly bath bombs they are just to die for! My all-time favourite bath bomb, however, is Sakura!

You can have a sus at all the bathbombs here.

Innisfree build your own compact!
So one thing that I found in the Melbounre Innisfree store is that you could build your own compact! Choose your foundation type (liqued or powder), your case and your applicator! Sadly this is only offered in store but it is something that I need to try! I mean have a look at all these cute compact cases that you can choose from!

Do you guys have any monthly reccomendations? Let me know down in the comments!

What To Post When You Don’t Know What To Post?

There is nothing worse then writers block. The lack of creativity can become extremely stressful.

 follow-me-on-social-media

Recently I have been going through some wicked writer’s block. I mean I know I mainly do product reviews but I try to make them interesting. Just knowing if a product is good or bad isn’t enough for me. I want my words to be colourful and entertaining. It’s also why I have this Sunday lifestyle post. To break up the writing and get creative but I have also been stuck on what to write here.

photo-1475608980029-de8304bf6f6e

When you’re stuck you also become unmotivated which is where I am right now. I mean I love my blog so much and I love to write but I am currently in a massive runt. So the question stuck in my head for ages has been what to write when you don’t know what to write? And last night it hit me. Here is my list of what to write when you don’t know what to write.

  1. A Post like this with a whole heap of ideas that you haven’t tried for you and others to refer back to!
  2. Blogging tips.
  3. Personality Quiz (This is something I might do later on so I am not going to explain this one)
  4. Your favourite drugstore makeup.
  5. 10 things to boost your mood.
  6. Favourite Instagram/Twitter/Bloggers.
  7. Favourite recipes.
  8. Beauty/Life Hacks.
  9. Chat about your life experiences.
  10. Let’s try Pinterest DIY.
  11. Get ready with me.
  12. Your best and worst blog post and why you think that.
  13. Break down the cost of your beauty/skincare routine.
  14. Student Life Tips.
  15. How to start a blog.
  16. How to hashtag on social media.
  17. How to balance your work life, social life, blog life, student life.
  18. Best gifts.
  19. Why self-care is important.
  20. How to break a habit.
  21. Host a Q&A on your socials and make a post about it.
  22. Talk about your blogging goals.
  23. Interview your favourite bloggers!
  24. Your favourite yoga routine.
  25. Your favourite hobby other than blogging story!

I hope these ideas helped you. I think they will help me. I also found out that lots of other people write lists like this which is actually pretty cool so there are always places you can get inspiration from!

That’s all from me.

Zoeva Winter Spectrum

 follow-me-on-social-media
Hi, Guys me again! For those of you who can’t be bothered reading feel free to watch the video! If not continue reading!

If you don’t know about Zoeva then where the hell have you been? Their products are popping up everywhere and I am so excited that this brand is finally getting the hype it deserves! One thing that I am a massive fan of is their strobe spectrum collection, I mean who doesn’t love a good highlighter, let alone a palette of 4 of them!

So far the strobe spectrum collection has a spring, summer and winter spectrum. The Spring Spectrum is more pastel highlights whilst the summer are more your bronzed highlights but the winter spectrum is a true masterpiece.

The Zoeva winter strobe spectrum features some very different yet vibrant and daring colours that just work so well in an everyday look and I am in love!

Shades
So let’s start off with the shades, shall we? The shades in the winter strobe spectrum are hella cute. It has your typical champagne colour highlight and your pale pink highlight which, yes their good classic highlight colours but they have been done time and time again. The two other shades in this palette are what really make me go wow!

The lovely ice blue and the beautiful purple are where it is really at. Now, these are colours that you don’t normally think of when it comes to a highlighter, I mean who wants a blue face? But let me tell you this is what the highlighting game has been missing. The pop of colour in the highlight gives you a whole different glow and it is simply stunning!

Packaging
I love the packaging of this. Whilst it is the same as the other two spectrums I think that the packaging was done well. The matte black with the shiny writing makes me that much more excited to use it. I think I am a low key design freak since I seem to enjoy a product more if the packaging is nice. Are you guys like that or am I just crazy?

One thing that does make me sad is the fact that these shades don’t have any names. I love reading the names of shades I find it so amusing.

Application
Trust me when I say a little goes a long way. The powder is so finely milled that it just melts into your skin amazingly giving you an amazing glow. One little swipe and you’ll have a beautiful glow. I like to wear a lot of highlighters but I dislike when I look like I am wearing glitter on my face. With this, you can build it up and still have that lovely glow.

I find that whilst these highlighters are quite pigmented, they don’t look strange on the skin. I have a warm undertone (sometimes I almost look yellow, I swear) and found that the purple gave me a glowing blushy feel, whilst the blue not only made my eyes pop but made my undertone look cooler.

Price
Coming in at $37.00AUD I think that is an amazing price for not 1 but 4 highlighters! You can get it here.

Have you guys tried any of the spectrums? Let me know in the comments!

That’s all from me.

Revlon Sculpt and Highlight

 follow-me-on-social-media

This whole sculpting, contouring craze has always confused me. Not only did I find it useless (since I didn’t know how to do it properly) but I didn’t really understand it. When I got ahold of the Revlon Sculpt and Highlight kit I do have to admit I was a little scared but I was willing to give it a go!

The Revlon Sculpt and Highlight kit is a contouring kit that helps enhance bone structure and give the Illusion of higher cheekbones! Wow, how can makeup do that I always ask? This kit has 4 shades and cute little instructions on how to apply to allow for you to get that beautiful high cheek amazing bone structure look!

Packaging
I really like the way that Revlon has designed this. The packaging is small enough to take anywhere. It fits nicely in my makeup bag. Inside it has a mirror which makes it AMAZING. I love not having to bring a mirror as well as everything else when I go somewhere!

Application
I really like how Revlon gives you a little chart on how to apply everything. I don’t really contour at all mainly because I don’t know how to and it was too much effort to learn something that I didn’t really care about. But with this little chart, I was able to learn! I admittedly still don’t use contour but I found out I was applying my highlighter wrong.

Shades
So in this kit, there is a Highlighter, Bronzer, Banana Powder and Contour. I like how all the colours are suited for most skin tones. I think that the only skin tones that this would not suit are my dark skinned girls. They do however have another Palette for you darker ladies so don’t stress! Everything in this kit is powder. It isn’t as thin as eyeshadow or as thick as a compressed mineral powder. It’s sort of in the middle which is very unique in my opinion.

Price
Coming in at $24.99 it is a pretty good deal for not one but 4 different powders that you can use! You can get it here.

Overall
I am really digging this sculpting kit. It has all you need in one neat little package and has the info you need to learn. I think that this is a great product for those of you who are new to makeup or those of you (me) who suck at sculpting! For the price and the amount you get and how well they apply, it’s almost too good to be true!

Have you guys tried this?

That’s all from me.
